Instructions for Use

  • Wash hands before and after use.
  • Shake the bottle well before each use.
  • Prime the pump (first use only): Spray 2–3 times into the air away from the face.
    • Re-prime if unused for over 7 days.
  • Use exactly as directed by your provider.
  • If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it's close to the next dose—do not double up.
  • For intranasal use only. Do not ingest or apply elsewhere.

Active Ingredients (May Include)

  • Azelastine (antihistamine)
  • Fluticasone Propionate (corticosteroid)
  • Dexpanthenol (provitamin B5)
  • Oxymetazoline HCL (decongestant)
  • Ipratropium Bromide Monohydrate (anticholinergic)
  • Triamcinolone (corticosteroid)

Side Effects & Precautions

Common Side Effects (Usually Mild & Temporary):

  • Azelastine: Bitter taste, nasal irritation/burning, sneezing, headache, fatigue/drowsiness (rare).
  • Fluticasone: Dryness, irritation, nosebleeds, throat irritation, cough, headache.
  • Dexpanthenol: Mild nasal stinging (rare).

Use With Caution If You:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have glaucoma or cataracts
  • Have a weakened immune system
  • Experience frequent nosebleeds
  • Are using other corticosteroids (oral, inhaled, or topical)

Stop Use and Seek Medical Attention If You Experience:

  • Severe or persistent nosebleeds
  • Rash, swelling, trouble breathing (signs of allergic reaction)
  • Vision changes
  • Frequent infections or slow healing
  • Worsening nasal congestion after 3 days of use

Contraindications – DO NOT USE IF YOU:

  • Are allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredients (Azelastine, Fluticasone, Dexpanthenol) or similar medications
  • Had recent nasal or sinus surgery (last 3 months)
  • Have untreated fungal, bacterial, or tuberculosis infections in the nose or sinuses
  • Have glaucoma
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding (without physician approval)
  • Have a history of traumatic brain injury or CSF leak
  • Used immunosuppressants in the last 6 months
  • Have a history of intranasal recreational drug use
  • Are allergic to sympathomimetics or steroids

Storage and Disposal

  • Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light.
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not dispose of via flushing or drainage systems unless instructed. Contact your pharmacy or local waste authority for proper disposal methods.
